My client is looking for a Talent Consultant who has previous industry experience and a track record within their previous company, you will serve as a trusted advisor to both candidates and clients, This role requires a blend of relationship-building, industry knowledge, and a deep understanding of client needs. You will play a vital role in the recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities
Utilize various channels (job boards, social media, networking, etc.) to identify and attract top-tier candidates.
Build and maintain relationships with candidates through personalized communication and regular check-ins.
Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit with clients.
