You must be passionate about helping others make better people decisions now and in the future.As a Talent Associate at FirstMind you will be a crucial part of the entire sales journey from start to end - from lead sourcing, nurturing and selling through 1:1 development conversations with people in large and small businesses. You will be analysing and understanding talent profiles, educating and ensuring that our clients succeed in understanding their employees, so that they achieve the best possible outcomes in their organisation.Our missionFirstMind emerged to build the world's best tool, and it's based on 43 cognitive studies and 9 behavioural studies from leading universities.
