Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Description
This is a newly created opportunity to support a rapidly growing FMCG business going through significant change and transformation. Due to this exceptional growth, we are looking to hire a Talent Acquisition Specialist on a 6 month FTC (may extend) to support hiring across both the UK and Europe. You will be part of a relatively new Talent Acquisition team who have transformed the way hiring is done across Europe, effectively partnering with hiring managers to recruit and retain talented individuals across a variety of job functions (predominantly white collar).
We are looking for a dynamic recruitment professional who has either an agency or in house background and can work at pace, has strong organisational skills and the communication skills needed to engage with hiring managers at both management and executive level across a number of European countries. The TA team are friendly, personable and focussed individuals who know the key part they have to play in ensuring strong business growth, so we are looking for someone who is equally as passionate about their role and understands how this fits in to the bigger picture.
You will need to be able to work from the office a minimum of 3 days a week and we are looking for someone who can start immediately.
