About the Role
Maria Mallaband Care Group are looking for an Internal Talent Aquistion Specialist to join our family at our head office in Leeds. As part of the role you will work closely with the groups Recruitment Manager and the rest of the internal recruitment team to fill vacancies within our luxury care homes.
You will work with our Management team, building relationships with Directors, Care Managers, Home Administrators and Head office staff in order to gain a better understanding of the recruitment needs and requirements of each individual home in your patch and across the Company.
Ensuring that the right candidates are attracted through combining various recruitment techniques including the use of a wide range of media, networking, headhunting, referrals and building an internal database of talent.
Key tasks:
Promote Maria Mallaband Care Group and be a brand ambassador
Offer support to our business, guiding our hiring managers on labour market availability, and providing specialist support
Developing a good understanding of the company, the industry & competitors, what we do and our work culture and environment
Headhunting - identifying and approaching suitable candidates who may already be in work
Using candidate databases to find the right person for the company’s vacancies and building an internal database with talent pool
Receiving and reviewing applications and shortlisting of candidates
Briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the role in question
Organising interviews for candidates as requested by the Directors/senior management team
Informing candidates about the results of their interviews
Fulfil any duties as requested that are within the scope, spirit and purpose of the post
This role may require travel for recruitment events and open days, it may also require overnight stays
Person Specification:
The post holder will have at least 2 year’s experience in a recruitment role.
