Our vast experience across varied industries and business functions gives us an unrivalled understanding to achieve sustainable change.WHAT YOU WILL DO We are seeking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to bring your current experience into the Contractor and Permanent Change Management Arena, internationally. Help us identify and attract the right talent. Based in the UK, you will work with the regional leadership team in Europe to find and maintain a network of talent to support our needs in the region. Our focus for this role is Europe, the UK and where required internationally.As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, this may be your step into an In-house environment, or a further opportunity to develop your recruitment skills in Engineering or Transformation projects, supporting the sourcing and end-to-end recruitment process to finding successful employees and contractors across the UK, European region, and internationally when required.These profiles will have an engineering and language bias in change management or from industry making the transition into consulting. To support this, we will look for language skills within our Recruitment Team where possible, German, French Spanish, preferably.Responsibilities:Assist to build talent pipelines to attract and acquire high quality candidates via sourcing, head-hunting, LinkedIn or networking and utilising profiles in our Application Tracking System (ATS). Work with the Hiring Managers to understand the job requirements and business goals, ultimately helping to close the positions.Arrange and carry out screening and introduction calls to build the recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls, offer stage etc).Manage candidates through end-to-end talent acquisition process and ensure a positive candidate experience. Proactively research, identify, and source qualified candidates from LinkedIn and another network. Utilise the ATS to update the recruitment status and provide timely feedback to respective parties. Engage and build relationships with key stakeholders across the business in different regions. Requirements:At least 2 years’ experience from a recruitment agency or in-house recruitment background. Preferably with relevant experience recruiting from Engineering, Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Consulting type of roles. Experience in sourcing potential candidates from Europe, UK and Internationally.Willing to work in an agile manner across different time zones when needed.Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and building networks. Understanding of latest selection methods & techniques and sourcing from LinkedIn. Proficient in the use of social media to attract talent.Ability to grasp the requirements of the variety on core roles in Consulting.Flexible and adaptable character. Well-organised. Proactive.Excellent communication skills. Fluent in both written and spoken English and advantageous to have German / French language skills.
