Talent Acquisition Partner opportunity available on a 6 month fixed term contract basis working for a leading professional services company based in York, North Yorkshire. This role is based at their York office and offers hybrid / home working and flexibility
in the role. You will lead end to end recruitment for their customer experience centre, as well as providing ad hoc support to other UK recruitment as directed by the Talent Acquisition Manager. They are looking for a fresh approach to their candidate journey, finding new and innovate methods to attract and engage their future talent. Experience in talent acquisition in this environment is essential as you will be responsible for redesigning the
talent strategyfor the Customer Experience Centre. You will need to design, create and implement new routes through from attraction to offer, embracing new technologies and methodologies. Working in conjunction with their business clients, you will revolutionise
talent acquisition across volume teams. Ideally you will be a skilled researcher, someone that understands the customer experience centre market and are able to find candidates who are not actively looking. You will be comfortable and confident in making direct approaches. You will be providing
high- volume, full-cycle recruitment, from job posting, sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, partnering with hiring managers, extending job offers and closing roles. You will be used to being very self-sufficient as this is a stand-alone role where
you will design and do, source and report. The Role:
Redesigning their talent acquisition strategy for volume teamsSourcing direct candidatesBuilding and maintaining a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship managementContinually seeking new sourcing options and developing creative approaches to delivering candidates to the customerPartnering with hiring managers to deliver high quality candidates experience throughout the end to end processDelivering against hiring targets, whilst ensuring great candidate and hiring manager satisfactionAdministering the end-to-end hiring process and reporting on performance Experience required:
Call centre recruitment experience and knowledge (essential)Direct sourcing capability including search techniques across various online and social media platforms is a must haveAbility to influence senior stakeholders and have the ability to build trust and credibility The salary is paying circa £50,000-£60,000 DOE plus excellent additional Benefits.
