Job DescriptionTalent Acquisition PartnerA-SAFE UK Elland, Halifax, United Kingdom (On-site)Talent Acquisition PartnerWe are looking for a confident and capable self-starter across all aspects of the end to end hiring process, including targeted searching, headhunting and internal and external applicants. You will be a creative and tenacious recruiter with a proven track record within sales and technology recruitment on a global basis or with a passion to expand your experience on a global scale.Due to our growth and expansion into different areas, markets and technologies, much of our recruitment is for new roles across the business. This delivers a constant flow of exciting and interesting talent projects for you to work on. You will enjoy partnering with Directors and hiring managers to identify their needs, understand the recruitment brief, document and plan the campaign and ultimately deliver the best talent to the business.Systematic and organised you will enjoy balancing a varied portfolio of roles and be organised to ensure you deliver excellence to all of your stakeholders.As well as being tech savvy, you will be comfortable operating and performing in a multi-channel, multi-platform candidate sourcing model.Believing that recruitment is very much a two-way street, you will be passionate about developing and promoting the A-SAFE employer brand to deliver the best talent.Your experience will also include a toolkit of robust and effective assessment methodologies.This is a great opportunity to join a rapidly growing, ambitious and successful business. People are what make our business and the impact of what you do will be seen every day.What will you be doing?Owning the candidate and hiring manager experience through the end-to-end recruitment cycle, responsible for all hiring needs within your business areas.Partnering with business leaders to assess their talent requirements, understand their business needs and proactively set the best hiring strategy.Working in very close partnership with the wider team and People Partners to deliver the people agenda through tactical hiring.Driving the most appropriate and effective sourcing strategies, including social marketing, online channels, recruitment events etc.Positioning yourself as a trusted partner and recruitment expert – utilising market knowledge and resources available, to add context to interactions and guide decision making.Developing new and existing partnerships which will help us to connect with future talent.Driving inclusive recruitment practises.Working with the business to understand skill gaps and proactively pipeline for these skills.See opportunities for improvement and act upon those, driving positive business change.
