It’s in our DNA to challenge the ways of working.Our plan is to doublethe number of our employees within the next 2-3 years.Synpulse is lookingfor a highly motivated individual join our team in London as a Talent AcquisitionPartner About the job:At Synpulse,our Talent Acquisition team combines a unique blend of Headhunting, Storytellingand Consulting to provide an expert recruitment service and partnership to the business.Our team’s mission is defined by two primary objectives: firstly, to connectthe finest talent available in the market with Synpulse, and secondly, todeliver an unparalleled candidate experience.What yourrole will look like:You will lead the TA function for the London office and work closely with the Country Head and the People and Culture BusinessPartner to understand hiring needs and build effective sourcing strategies.You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle of Sourcing, Qualification and Process ManagementYou will actively source candidates with the use of LinkedIn, social media channels and alternative search techniques.You will actively build and manage talent pools to create a candidate pipelines for future hiring needsYou will measure and report on recruiting metrics by consistently utlising and maintaining data within the ATSYou will provide market commentary on industry and competitor talent trendsYou will provide a seamless candidate experience and through each stage of the process and champion our employer brand throughoutAbout you:What we'relooking for:You are educated to bachelor’s degree levelYou will bring a minimum of 2+ years of recruiting experience within either agency recruitment or an inhouse TA functionYou have experience of managing the 360 recruitment processYou will ideally have had exposure to working in the consulting, banking, insurance or technology industryYou will have had some experience working in a growth companyYou will have excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate appropriately with people at all levels.About our cultureOur people are our most valuable asset.
