Role overview:
We're
looking for a talented and experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our expanding Talent Acquisition team.As one of three Talent Acquisition specialists, you will
be responsible for
leading all recruitment activity at
Tes with a particular focus on sourcing and securing talent on behalf of the technology division.
This is a busy and varied role; responsible for the entire recruitment lifecycle; from building the employer brand, managing advertising campaigns, performing initial interviews & screening
calls
and supporting our managers through the selection process. You will
be responsible for
sourcing high quality talent to challenging deadlines through direct sourcing, advertising, head-hunting and partnering with recruitment
agencies so
it's
important that you can confidently communicate with all stakeholders, report on
campaigns
and
identify
improvements.
To be successful in this role, you should be able to develop long-term recruiting strategies and nurture
trusting
relationships with potential hires and internal stakeholders.
Ultimately, you
will
beresponsible for
creating strong talent pipelines for our company’s current and future hiring needs
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a robust, diverse,
engaging
and efficient talent acquisition strategies that aligns to the
organisations
goals and
objectives
, driving improvements to the recruitment process and underlying business performance
Take personal responsibility for hiring senior, technical, and specialist roles within the technology division, to include Software, Data, and Platform Engineers, IT Operations, and Scrum Masters etc.
Work collaboratively with key stakeholders to produce effective recruitment plans that deliver high quality talent aligned to business needs,
providing
market
insights
and advising of best practice
Support the transition of Tes to a SaaS business with a talent pipeline aligned to the business strategy
Determine
and continuously develop
appropriate hiring
strategies including but not limited to direct sourcing, head-hunting, advertising, and working with recruitment agencies/partners to provide high quality candidates at pace
Proactively source, attract and screen candidates using a variety of channels with an emphasis on sourcing as many direct candidates as possible to contribute to the reduction of usage of recruitment agencies
Building up an in-depth knowledge of a variety of different areas of the business to totally understand the exact requirements of each role that you
are
resourcing, including attending recruitment scoping meetings with hiring managers to fully understand the brief of each role before starting to source candidates
Ensure that Tes
provides
an excellent and consistent candidate experience from attraction to on-boarding
Ensuring that recruitment at Tes is diverse and inclusive
Support internal and external selection processes for promotions and recruitment including benchmarking roles, drafting job descriptions, designing, and supporting the use of selection tools
Demonstrate a commitment to continual improvement and deliver regular improvements in the hiring process
Ensure up to date records are kept allowing you to produce
accurate
and regular management information, reporting, KPI & trend analysis.
Continually improve the employer brand and ensure that the EVP meets the needs of the business
Proactively manage, continuously develop, and improve the ATS and on-boarding systems to ensure they provide a positive user experience and deliver
efficiencies
.
Effectively manage relationships with suppliers, ensuring that the PSL is regularly updated and reviewed to meet the needs of the business and
that all recruitment agencies are signed up to our standard terms and conditions of business and are fully compliant with those terms
Provide effective and collaborative support to the wider HR team as
required
To lead and support projects as
required
What will you need to succeed?
Proven experience as a successful and effective Talent Acquisition Partner or similar role both in UK and Internationally with demonstrable experience of successfully recruiting Software, Data, and Platform Engineers, IT Operations, and Scrum Masters
etc
at a specialist and senior level at pace
Evidence of managing diverse and inclusive recruitment campaigns and
in developing employee value proposition and building employer brands
Demonstrative knowledge and application of best practices in recruitment and talent management
Proven experience of successfully using social media, job boards and other direct hire tools for recruitment and talent attraction
Strong stakeholder management experience with evidence of building and
maintaining
strong and effective relationships with the ability to influence decision making at all levels.
Experience of confidently and successfully working closely with and advising Senior Executives on hiring plans
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and use of social media platforms
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills that foster relationships with candidates, hiring managers and external partners
Excellent time management and
organistional
skills and the ability to successfully manage multiple projects and recruitment campaigns simultaneously
Ability to use initiative,
anticipate
issues and develop practical solutions in a collaborative manner
Be committed and flexible in approach to work and able to work under pressure, multi-task and
prioritise
work
Strong analytical skills with the ability to assimilate information quickly and interpret and act on insights from HR and recruitment related
data to
continuously improve recruitment activity and contribute to the achievement of
Tes’
commercial goals
Demonstrable experience of using and developing HR and ATS information Systems
Passionate about
providing
proactive support and excellent service to the business
Demonstrable experience of working within a fast paced ever changing environment;
demonstrating
flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and projects
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with HR colleagues and key stakeholders
Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement
