Talent Acquisition PartnerAn opportunity has arisen working for our innovative client, who is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join their growing Talent Team.Talent Acquisition Partner ResponsibilitiesAs the Talent Acquisition Partner some of your main duties will include:Create and post job ads across various job boards and portalsNetwork with potential hires through professional groups on LinkedIn, social media and during eventsSource applicants, screen CV's and review job applicationsConduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of suitable candidatesManage a pipeline of candidates and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring processReport on quarterly and annual hiring plans and track hiring metricsPartner with hiring managers to set criteria for future employees and manage current recruitment requirementsAssist with interviewing candidates in-person for a wide range of roles (junior, senior and executive)Train and advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques and assessment methodsTalent Acquisition Partner RewardsAs the Talent Acquisition Partner you will receive excellent benefits.
