As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a pivotal role in driving our talent acquisition strategy forward, focusing on attracting, engaging, and retaining top-tier talent across our operations and commercial functions. Collaborating closely with hiring managers and HR business partners, you will leverage your expertise in recruitment to develop and implement creative sourcing strategies, optimise recruitment processes, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience. Additionally, you will contribute to employer branding initiatives, fostering our reputation as an employer of choice within the competitive gaming industry.
The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in talent acquisition, with experience in either agency or in-house recruitment. You should demonstrate a desire to work in the gaming and sports industry, along with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. A strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset, you will thrive in a fast-paced environment, adept at managing multiple priorities and stakeholders effectively.
YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

Partnering with hiring managers to understand their needs and to provide support throughout the hiring process
●
Creating effective sourcing strategies to attract and engage qualified candidates
●
Candidate sourcing through multiple channels including LinkedIn Recruiter & other job boards
●
Candidate management throughout the full recruitment cycle
●
Proactively build and manage talent pipelines for critical roles, whilst planning for future needs
●
Working closely with employer branding to accurately portray the culture of LeoVegas, and to enhance our reputation as an employer of choice
OUR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING:
●
At least three years inhouse or agency recruitment experience
●
A comprehensive knowledge and understanding of strategic sourcing strategies
●
Demonstrated experience of managing multiple requisitions simultaneously
●
An interest in sports and/or casino
