Talent Acquisition Partner - Remote/WFH (FTC 12 Months)

About The RoleWe're seeking a proactive and self-motivated Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team on a fixed-term contract for maternity cover. This remote role offers flexibility with the opportunity to work from home. While based in Manchester and covering the North West region, occasional travel to sites and job fairs may be required.
What You'll Do:
Build and maintain a talent pool of flexible workers, leveraging existing colleagues and flexible workers to cover last-minute dropouts and project works.
Recruit for permanent roles and manage high volumes of vacancies efficiently.
Develop strong relationships with management teams to understand their recruitment needs.
Source candidates through various channels, including social media and job boards.
Conduct candidate screening, shortlisting, and scheduling of interviews.
Ensure timely and accurate updates in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
What You Need:
Previous experience in recruitment, either as a consultant or internal resource.
Ability to thrive under pressure and manage high volumes of vacancies effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
