Talent Acquisition Partner - German SpeakingWe are excited to be continuing our expansion across the EMEA region and are looking for a dynamic, well-organised German Speaking Talent Partner to work alongside our A-SAFE colleagues in Germany.Introduction:As a Talent Partner at A-SAFE based in Elland, you will be a true specialist who can drive the Talent attraction & Acquisition activity across the business with a particular focus on new hires in Germany. The successful candidate will need to be experienced in driving the recruitment and talent agenda.This role involves partnering with our business leaders, as well as the global A-SAFE HR team, to drive and deliver HR & Talent solutions.You'll be responsible for supporting and recruiting talent for a rapidly expanding team of colleagues in Germany, primarily consisting of sales leaders, senior managers, digital / software specialists and subject matter experts in their field.This role requires an experienced professional to partner with a wide variety of key functional teams including close collaboration with the central People team based in the UK.You will also be key to the ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our People Team mechanics, fostering an inclusive culture where our teams can belong, act, and thrive.Responsibilities:Support the People Director with the delivery of attraction plans to meet the needs of the business.Use the attraction plans to source amazing talent to support our business growth and align to our values.Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to determine current and future resourcing requirements.Be the point of expertise for market knowledge in your specific area.Monitor the candidate pipeline to identify potential candidates for open and anticipated vacancies to match the business requirements.Drive recruitment best practice within the business, providing guidance and advice to hiring managers.Work with the global people team to benchmark total reward packages to share with stakeholders.Work with the Communications Team to create innovative attraction campaigns.Attend external events, including educational establishments to promote the group as an employer of choice.Utilise networking opportunities to identify market trends.The Ideal Candidate:Multilingual, fluent in both English & German (essential) and Dutch (desirable).Previous recruitment & talent acquisition experienceOutstanding interpersonal, communication, and presentation skillsOracle HR experience is desirable.Who are we….The A-SAFE Group is a rapidly growing and dynamic environment where open mindedness, curiosity and drive are important.
