We're looking for an experienced, proactive Talent Acquisition Partner to join our People team and help Gearset reach our ambitious growth plans over the next 6 months. We need an experienced recruiter to hit the ground running, helping us proactively find and hire exceptional people to join our team.What’s the opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Partner at Gearset?You will be joining our team of Talent Acquisition Partners and will recruit across a diverse range of job roles across the entire company.You’ll partner with hiring managers to understand the skills, talent and roles we need to grow.You’ll be responsible for sourcing candidates through various channels. This involves conducting thorough screenings to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit with GearsetBuild and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needsUse metrics to track the effectiveness of the recruitment strategies and make suggestions for areas for improvement What you’ll achieveBe focussed to proactively source, identify and approach outstanding talent to join usThink creatively and outside the box - so we are known by the best candidates within our industry for even the most hard to fill rolesGet to grips with the technical nature of the majority of Gearset candidates - connect and build relationships in a personalised way, so you are not just another recruiter filling their inboxBe our brand ambassador - getting candidates excited and motivated to apply, explaining our product, company values and what it is like to work at GearsetOwn the candidate experience - you will be passionate about ensuring that every candidate gets the best experience at every stage of the process with usScreen candidates effectively to find out if they’ll be a good fit for our team before passing them on for interview to keep our pipeline efficientAnalyse, track and report on your hiring pipeline and interviewing process - to ensure we deliver on our hiring goals and SLAsProactively identify opportunities for improvements early on and take ownership to work with your hiring managers and the People team to deliver these resultsTrain and up-skill our hiring managers to constantly improve and strengthen our recruitment process and ensure we maintain our high hiring standards to recruit the best peopleAbout youExperience in talent acquisition - headhunting, sourcing and proactively building a pipeline of talent, thinking outside of the boxExperience working in a fast paced start-up environment or fast growing companyA track record of recruiting across all level roles - entry through to senior leadership - in a tech environment, and have hired technical rolesA mix of agency and in-house experience is highly desirableGreat to havesExperience of using Lever ATSSalary and benefits (the stuff you’d expect!)Salary is between £40k - £60k (depending on experience)This is a full time opportunity, working Monday to Friday with the option of flexible home working (for most of us that looks like 3 days a week in the office)Generous personal development budget for courses, conferences, or whatever is useful to your professional development in the role of up to £1500 per yearTop end hardware providedFree lunch in the office25 days holiday plus bank holidays (with the option to buy an extra 5 each year)Company Pension Plan (matching up to 5%)Bupa health careLife Insurance & critical illness coverDiscounted gym membership, as well as a range of health and wellness benefits
