We are seeking a talented and experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to spearhead the recruitment of EdTech experts for our organisation. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and nurturing top talent from the EdTech sector, with a focus on building a robust expert pool for our EdTech HUB. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in talent acquisition, particularly within established companies such as Meta or Amazon. Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract talents to our organisation.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand the staffing needs of our organisation and define job requirements for various roles.
Utilise various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, industry events, and networking, to identify and engage potential candidates.
Conduct thorough screening and assessment of candidates to evaluate their skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Coordinate and facilitate interviews with key stakeholders, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.
Build and maintain relationships with candidates to create a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the EdTech sector to inform recruitment strategies.
Requirements:
Proven experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on recruiting for EdTech roles.
Prior experience working in talent acquisition roles within established companies such as Meta or Amazon is highly desirable.
Strong networking and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and attract top talent.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Proficiency in recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.
Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.

Location: 22 Bishopsgate
Contract with terms negotiable based on experience
Contract duration: 12 months
