Job DescriptionWe're currently looking to recruit a Talent Acquisition Manager to own and deliver the Talent Acquisition agenda for our London business. Leading a team, you will direct and implement attraction and selection strategies to meet the demand of the business in the volume hiring of Bus Drivers as well as functional, engineering and management positions.You will be a key member of the Talent Acquisition Leadership Team and will play a significant role in delivery change and evolution to the function.This role will be hybrid position with regular travel into London so you must be based within a commutable distance of this area. You will also need to be flexible to travel up to the Midlands on a regular basis.Key AccountabilitiesDelivery of the full end to end Talent Acquisition recruitment strategy for the London businessesLead the Talent Acquisition Team for volume, technical and functional hiring and managing performance proactivelySupport the development of a compelling Employee Value Proposition that aligns to the Arriva brand and values and positively influences external candidates to join Arriva UK Bus.Manages the end-to-end recruitment of senior hiresProactively manage the reporting and achievement of KPIs through the Talent Acquisition funnel to achieve Establishment requirementLead on projects and initiatives that will drive continuous improvement across the team and businessesManage key projects across the function as part of the Talent Acquisition strategy, including EVP, Employer Brand, digital attractionActively partner with stakeholders to develop Talent Acquisition People plansWork closely with HRBPs on the broader people agenda and key People metrics: Turnover etcSupport stakeholder groups in embracing and delivering change to drive a positive culture of engagement and retentionThe successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading high performing recruitment teams in a volume frontline environment. You will have experience of designing and implementing talent acquisitions strategies, managing campaigns and delivering projects across attraction, selection and employer brand.
