Key Responsibilities:

• Excell in detailed competency interviews to meet client needs and company values.
• Act as a knowledgeable business partner and embody the traits of a great recruiter.
• Supporting diversity and inclusion initiatives for an inclusive workplace culture.
• Have a passion for Customer Service.
• Ensure candidates have a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Building rapport with both candidates and clients.
• leading consultative conversations in all areas of your role.
