Hybrid role: 2 days a week onsite by London, Hammersmith Station

What does it mean to be a Talent Acquisition Manager?

Your responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):
Leading the Team: Direct line management of Talent Acquisition Partner(s), and oversight of any team members in centers of excellent when receiving support from them
Managing Service Delivery: Execution of the TA strategy - determining the approach to any new requisition to deliver a quick, effective, and engaging process
Partnership Management: Providing a world-class experience to all key stakeholders (inc. hiring managers and candidates) and continually expanding our sphere of influence with the client
What do we need from you?
You are a world-class recruitment and client stakeholder manager who quickly builds trusting relationships with everyone you work with
You have experience recruiting within the marketing and advertising space, specifically within the client services/servicing or creative/studio-based departments
An understanding of the marketing talent landscape and ability to advise hiring managers
You have experience recruiting globally across multiple regions including the US, UK, Europe and APAC
The ability to handle high volume recruitment needs
Previous experience leading a recruitment function and a team
