The Talent Acquisition Co-ordinator will be responsible for the overall candidate and hiring manager experience within the recruitment lifecycle by working closely with the TA Lead to support HR colleagues, hiring managers and candidates. You will be one step ahead with the effective management of administrative tasks and process.
Our focus has always been on connection and collaboration, which is why we offer hybrid working with the choice to work from either our London or Peterborough office and at home.
Requirements:
Be responsible for the coordination of all TA processes, end-to-end, to conducting administration within Workable (ATS) as well as the compliance and upkeep of data, interview scheduling, offer management, supporting with pre-boarding and onboarding activities as and when required.
Supporting the TA Lead in upskilling managers with the systems and process.
Supporting the TA Lead with requests and escalations.
Conduct regular analysis of data to identify opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with the rest of the HR team to ensure best practice and alignment of process.
Monitor data and reports with the TA Lead to ensure an efficient end-to-end journey driven by SLA's.
Essential:
Proven experience working in recruitment or as a recruitment coordinator.
Experience dealing with the administration and coordination of candidate management and the full hiring process.
Experienced in supporting and coordinating managers on best practice within the recruitment and hiring process.
Experience in working one step ahead in recruitment so that we provide a unique and authentic hiring experience for both candidates and leaders, this includes process improvement, compliance and providing the very best experience for candidates.
Knowledge of best practice and hiring compliance within a recruitment/TA environment.
Understands TA metrics/reporting and how they support the hiring experience.
Demonstrated ability to conduct screens during peak recruitment periods, desirable.
