Paying up to £14 per hour, you'll assist with inbox management, interview coordination, and offer assistance.This role is initially offered as a 3-6 month temporary contract, though there is a strong possibility that this role will be extended, or become permanent for the right candidate.Hours of work are Monday -Friday, 9am – 5pm and post-training, you will only need to be in the office 2 days a week.Key Responsibilities:Manage busy inboxes effectivelyProvide admin support to the Talent TeamCoordinate interviews and manage recruitment processesProduce reports on recruitment metricsRequirements:Previous experience in HR or recruitment adminProficiency in inbox and diary managementAbility to adapt and work under pressureStrong communication skills and a collaborative mindsetExceptional customer service abilitiesYou'll play a vital role in supporting HR operations, handling multiple tasks efficiently.
