Troon is looking for an onsite Recruiting Coordinator who will provide recruiting support companywide.This position will manage a variety of recruiting functions such as posting jobs, sourcing candidates, and compiling offer letters. The ideal candidate is organized and motivated to excel in a fast paced, team-oriented environment.Compensation: $21-$23/ hourProcess requests for job postings and updatesPost positions to external job boards/websitesSource candidates for a variety of positionsCreate offer letters and initiate new hire background checksAssist with recruiting/staffing metricsLearning Management System administration and reportingPerforms other duties as requiredEducation/Experience:High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Physical Demands:Typical office environment occasionally stands and walks, and frequently sits.
