Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Adecco are delighted to be recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator working for our prestigious client in Ellesmere Port.

Payrate: �12.00 to �13.00 per hour.

Duration: Two months temp, potential temp to perm

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm

Location: Ellesmere Port

Onsite or Hydbrid: This role is primarily office based with the possibility of working one day from home per week after training period is complete

Start Date: Immediate start is essential

The role:

As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the Talent Acquisition team in identifying, attracting, and acquiring top talent to meet the staffing needs of the business. You'll work closely with the rest of the team to provide operational support. You'll be the first point of contact for candidate queries, ensuring a positive experience and promoting employer brand.

Accountability's:

- Assisting with raising new jobs, CV screening, scheduling volume interviews, processing offers and supporting the new starter process.

- Provide sourcing support by utilising CV databases, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.

- Be the first point of contact for queries from candidates, external suppliers, and internal colleagues.

- Take ownership of the shared email inbox, responding to general enquires and re-distributing to the correct point of contact.

- Communicate with candidates regarding their application status.

Skills & Experience:

- Customer service, administrative support and ideally recruitment but not essential

- Experience working with systems and following procedures
