Talent Acquisition ConsultantOne of our leading clients is looking to recruit a Talent Acquisition Consultant for initial 6 month contract with further extension.Location - Hybrid - Warwickshire - 2 times a weekDuration - 6 months initial contractDay Rate - £200 - £300 per day Inside IR35Experience:Excellent knowledge of recruitment practices gained from an in-house recruitment background, or RPO.Demonstrable experience in recruiting roles within a construction or engineering spaceExperience of using Succesfactors highly desirableSelf-motivated, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines in a fast paced environmentExcellent verbal and written communication skills and able to deal with people at all levelsExcellent stakeholder management skillsModis International Ltd acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers in the UK.
