Coming specifically with industry knowledge, as a Talent Acquisition Consultant you will build a database of best in class talent in accordance with the HR plan and recruitment strategy, through engaging talent through various social media channels, job boards and professional networksYou will build and maintain candidate relationships, communicate interview information and details to ensure a positive and full candidate experienceYou will be reporting directly to the Head of People and CultureJob ResponsibilitiesBuild on and further develop our current database of best in class candidates in accordance with the HR plan and recruitment strategy, through using a variety of platforms, job boards and professional social mediaWork closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, help with screening candidatesIdentify matches between job roles and potential candidates by taking a direct approach and via networking opportunities and contactsCommunicate interview details and help to develop a positive candidate experienceMaintain recruitment-related documents and candidate records in line with GDPR and other relevant legislationShare candidate feedback accordingly, following internal recruitment policyUsing your extensive contacts, take a headhunting approach to senior posts and specialist positionsRepresent the company in a positive way at all timesKnowledge, Skills and ExperienceTo hold a business degree in administration or something similar, and hold experience within the industry of not less than 5 yearsTo have a proven track record of success in recruitmentTo be target orientatedTo travel within the UK if necessaryTo work beyond normal hours to meet required to organise interviews, screen candidates and meet deadlinesTo be a great team player but also work on own initiativeTo be a good problem solverTo be reliable and accountable in roleTo be confident and proactive and hold an organised approach to workTo hold situation adaptabilityTo hold strong knowledge of relevant legislation (i.e. to avoid discrimination in the recruitment process)To be reliable and accountable in roleRenumeration PackageLife InsuranceEmployee assistance programmeProgramme of personal development & training
