We are on an unstoppable journey of growth and are looking for people who want to go beyond with us on what will be an incredibly exciting talent revolution.Role overviewAs a Talent Acquisition Consultant, you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process from attraction to hiring. Using a range of resources including professional networking, searching job boards and social media, you will have full ownership of sourcing, vetting and onboarding candidates. Reporting into the Talent Acquisition Team Leader, you will be an integral part of the team, representing Revolent and building strong relationships with the candidates we wish to attract.Duties and ResponsibilitiesResponsible for the full talent acquisition lifecycle from candidate attraction to hiring across a range of clients and geographiesCarry out telephone/ video interviewsProvide interview feedback promptly and professionallyEnsure a first-class candidate experience is delivered throughoutLiaise with multiple areas of the business including senior stakeholdersAchieve daily/ weekly/ monthly KPI’sHybrid role: 2-3 days per week in the officeEssential CriteriaExperience of candidate attraction across either technology, finance, supply chain or manufacturing sectorsPossess a solid understanding of utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter effectivelyRobust communication, presentation and organisation skills with the ability to prioritiseConfident self-starter with the ability to manage time efficientlyExperience working in a fast-paced environment with proven multi-tasking experienceCommercial awareness and target orientationStrong interpersonal skills with a positive, can-do attitudeProfessionalism, attention to detail and ability to use own initiativeAbility to work effectively with people at all levels within an organizationAmbitious nature and willingness to go above and beyondWhat we offer youA competitive base salary plus commissionGrowth potential – as a fast-growing business the opportunities are endlessExciting target-based incentives that reward hard work25 days annual leave allowance plus public holidays (with potential to but up to 5 additional days through our flexible rewards programme)Access to a range of discounts and rewards via Perkbox
