You will also support university relations and employer branding initiatives to reinforce our brand awareness in the region, and support TA team globally when required.The successful candidate will work in close partnership with the extended EMEA HR team.Primary ResponsibilitiesResponsible for recruiting activities in the UK by leading full cycles searches.Lead the recruitment process in the region to ensure consistency in the hiring process and guarantee best class candidate experience.Provide expertise on sourcing methodologies, effectively using social media and other tools to identify specific candidate pools, developing a strong knowledge of CGG and the markets we recruit from.Partner with hiring managers to understand their business needs; share and discuss market trends; and navigate trade-offs between market, speed and quality while setting clear expectations on SLA.Build strong working relationships with Business, HR CoEs and HRBPs Represent CGG to the highest standard at every opportunity helping to strengthen the employer brand and participate in branding efforts and university events. Participate in CoE projects and initiatives when required.Ensure strong support to our ID&E agenda in the region.QualificationsMaster’s degree in business administration, HR, or another related field.5 + years of progressive recruiter experience with at least 3 years managing technical full-cycle talent searches. Previous experience in the tech/IT industry is preferred.A demonstrated track record of excellence in sourcing, assessing and delivering challenging and complex searches.Digital savyness – ability to adopt quickly new technology and systems. Experience using ATS, CRM, and other HR Analytics tools in daily activities (SR, Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other).Proven ability to operate effectively in a matrix environment and comfortable to interact with all levels of management in multiple languages.Effectively manage and execute several challenging priorities at the same time.Fluent in English.
