Kindeva is seeking a Talent Acquisition Business Partner who will help UK meet business objectives through expert sourcing, attraction and hiring top talent.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter, successful in using talent intelligence to achieve best-in-class outcomes, aligning the talent approach to stated business outcomes and behaving as subject matter expert and consultant to business leadership. Moreover, the ideal candidate is energized by an environment where innovation and decision-making are intentionally distributed, where candor, speed and data-driven insights are highly valued.
Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition, you will serve as a subject matter expert and thought partner to the company’s UK leadership and hiring teams by assessing business needs, designing and implementing a recruitment strategy that produces best talent in a timely and cost-efficient manner.
Manage full-cycle recruiting process and ensure a smooth and bespoke candidate experience.
Source top talent through varied strategies including postings, job boards, social media, networking and outbound recruiting.
Identify and attract particularly strong talent within the Medical Device, Pharmaceutical, CMO or CDMO space.
Conduct screening interviews, assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit with the organization.
Provide clear and timely communication to both candidates, hiring managers and various other stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.
Drive for results, be inquisitive, perpetuate a sales and service orientation towards top candidates as a strong relationship builder.
Know the market, understand business strategy and priorities, and build and grow talent networks to impact the long-term business strategy.
Focus on inclusive recruiting practices and sourcing strategies by building a candidate pipeline from various channels, passively sourced, networking and referrals.
Collaborate with company stakeholders and share knowledge and best practices across the TA function.
Required:
5 or more years’ recruiting experience combined with the proven history acting as a trusted advisor with the ability to successfully influence hiring managers and business leadership.
Undergrad degree in a related space or equivalent work experience.
Strong experience using data and talent market intelligence to drive recruiting decisions and outcomes.
Proficiency with applicant tracking, candidate relationship management, social media as well as LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting mediums.
Experience utilizing Artificial Intelligence, job boards, networking, target company cold-calling, and other sourcing mechanisms to identify best talent, both active and passive.
Unmatched communication and influence skills.
Prior successful recruiting experience in an agency or RPO environment.
Prior experience in the Medical Device, Pharmaceutical, CMO or CDMO space.
Proven comfortability working in a growing, fast-paced and highly flexible business.
