Job Description
I am supporting a Key Client based in the West Midlands who are looking for an experienced recruitment consultant to join their fast paced and high performing talent team on a fixed-term basis.
Key Responsibilities
Delivery of an efficient, effective recruitment service which ensures the attraction and employment of the right people at the right time with the right skills through campaign coordination and manage end-to-end recruitment process.
Ensure that all campaigns are delivered within agreed timescales to deliver the required number of candidates for operational roles to meet the workforce plan.
Utilise sourcing and attraction tools to build a volume candidate pipeline.
Proactively manage key stakeholders and line managers recruitment expectations with regular updates.
Manage all candidate communications ensuring candidate correspondence is timely, accurately, and professionally written.
Weekly collation of recruitment activity and figures.
Contribute through own, as well as team performance, to achieve the recruitment and key performance indicator (KPI) targets and service level agreements (SLAs).
Essential criteria
Understanding the hiring requirements and effectively supporting the management of the recruitment pipeline to deliver sufficient candidates to fulfil demand.
Previous experience within an internal recruitment role or high-volume agency recruitment and a proven track record of managing the end-to-end recruitment process within a fast-paced recruitment environment.
Knowledge of employment legislation in relation to recruitment.
Competencies & skills
Experience of working in a volume recruitment environment.
Confident with online and offline candidate search methodologies including CV databases, job boards and social media.
Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills.
Attention to detail and professional written and verbal communication skills.
Experience of working with recruitment systems and standard computer packages.
This a hybrid role, 2 days in the Infinite office (Birmingham City Centre) and 1 day on client site (West Midlands)
Salary: up to £30k
