Oakleaf Partnership North are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our global client on a 12 month contract covering maternity leave in the team.
As the Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for partnering with recruiters and hiring managers to source highly talented candidates. You will manage all candidates through the initial application and screening process, through to interview and will be accountable for ensuring we provide a superb hiring experience for both our internal and external candidates.
In order to be considered you will be required to demonstrate previous experience of recruiting within either Financial or Professional Services, engaging and working with senior stakeholders and demonstrating proactive sourcing skills with an eye for detail.
