Job Description
What will you be doing?
As a Systems Test Engineering Manager you will join our Crawley team to support our activities within the UK Defence sector. Your main responsibilities will be:
Overseeing the systems test plans for up to military grade modifications with internal/external stakeholders
Full Verification and Validation of all tests
Responsible for ensuring that all test plans are conducted in an accurate and timely manner
The testing of Systems, Hardware & Software Integration
Resolution of all challenges that arise and ensure all documents are completed accurately and approved
Responsible for the leadership and management of an engineering team

Qualifications
Experience, skills and qualifications required:
5+ Years of Experience within Systems Engineering
Experience within Engineering Management
Experience within the UK Defence sector
You must have/be able to obtain UK Security Clearance (SC)
You must have a Masters or Bachelors degree within a relevant field of engineering
You must hold the full right to work within the UK
