Working as part of CBS (Co-op business services), it’ll be your job to answer and resolve a number of complex, technical issues. Our CBS includes both customer facing and operational support services across our customer contact centre and HR, finance and procurement operational teams. This includes systems within MyHR, such as Oracle Recruit, MyLearning, helpdesk, and payroll. You’ll also support other systems such as Salesforce, SAP Enable Now and SIA.
