This is a great opportunity for a tech-savvy professional to take charge of our client's diverse range of Applications. This role is integral to their business's success, requiring a candidate with expertise in ERP, web development, hardware management, and a keen eye for continuous improvement.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Become a super user of Epicor, demonstrating proficiency in report writing using SQL, screen design, and user restrictions
Utilise Crystal Reports to create bespoke forms and enhance reporting capabilities
Implement changes and improvements to our Magento 2 platform, enhancing the overall user experience
Utilise Elementor to manage and optimize email signatures linked to Outlook
Work with Klayvio for email marketing, ensuring seamless integration with our website
Day to day support of Outlook / Office 365 including set up roles and automated messages based on predefined criteria to enhance communication efficiency
Oversee and maintain hardware components including computers, printers, cables, data points, and onsite servers
Troubleshoot hardware issues and coordinate with vendors for necessary repairs or replacements
