Systems Engineer Ideal Profile:
A degree in IT or has equivalent experience, with a broad set of technical skills
Experienced with Citrix, remote access technologies, VPNs, and Windows Server (including AD, GPO, PowerShell)
Proficient in managing virtual desktop infrastructure, particularly in environments like Citrix Cloud XenDesktop and VMware
Skilled in imaging technologies like MDT and MCS, and knowledgeable about FSLogix and Citrix WEM
Familiar with cloud computing platforms (Azure, AWS) and has knowledge of ITIL frameworks
Capable of managing Windows drivers, printers, and has a background in Windows server management including Hyper-V and VMware

Systems Engineer Responsibilities:
Manage and monitor Citrix, desktop, and print environments, and manage all AD estate aspects
Use proactive monitoring tools to enhance end-user experience and identify continual improvement opportunities
Develop and maintain standards, documentation, and imaging for systems and services
Provide timely escalation of issues to IT ServiceDesk Manager and manage internal issues and third-party escalations
Lead and contribute to multiple projects, manage assigned ServiceDesk tickets, and provide system and procedural training to Service Desk and Infrastructure teams
Ensure compatibility of new business processes with existing systems, support profit centres operationally, and maintain a continuous focus on security and controls
