Job Title: Systems Engineer

Location: Bristol / Stevenage / Bolton (Hybrid)

Pay Range: Up to £55,000, company bonus, 14% pension, overtime pay, flexi leave (up to 15 days), enhanced parental leave, and loads more.

The Systems Engineer will be working on cutting-edge and groundbreaking solutions and will be able to adapt to new engineering solutions and work across a range of product lifecycles including requirements definition, design generation, as well as supporting the product into delivery.

Key Responsibilities – Systems Engineer

• Requirements and Use Case analysis
• Carry out concept assessments, and design trade studies
• System architecture design and functional modelling
• Performance assessment and systems behaviour analysis
• Verification, Validation, and Certification
• Model-based engineering techniques
• Work across the product lifecycle
• If applicable, lead a team of engineers or assist in mentorship

Qualifications & Requirements – Systems Engineer

• Strong Systems Engineering background, with an appreciation for full product lifecycle
• Great Communication skills, with a strong desire to build relationships
• System Engineering practitioner, with a proven record working with requirements and design
• Experience within the Defence, or similar, industry, would be desirable
• Experience using; DOORS, IMB Engineering Workflow Management, or other relevant tools, is desirable
