This is an excellent opportunity to help create a leading digital leadership function in the NHS. Reporting to the Associate Director - Digital Operations, the Systems and Development Lead is our Trust Integration Engine lead, responsible for leading our Systems and Development teams. These teams comprise of: Systems (EPMA, EMIS, System One and RiO), Digital Development, Clinical Systems Helpdesk, Systems Training, Transformation and Deployment Systems Administration. This role will provide effective leadership and direction to ensure high performance and delivery of complex large scale application upgrades and replacements. Accountable for the development and delivery of a renewal and upgrade for Trust digital applications, the successful candidate will be working in collaboration with our Programme Management colleagues.Main duties of the jobWe are looking for an experienced leader with proven management skills and significant experience working closely with clinical systems. You will be accustomed to leading clinical systems upgrades, and proficient in the use of digital tools. We are looking for the successful candidate to showcase a proven track record of building strategy and delivering transformation for clinical systems in a complex environment.You will be accustomed to working with suppliers and comfortable engaging with stakeholders across the business.
