Teya was born in 2019 and is home to over2,000 employees in 15+ countries.We've built a fast-paced, energetic, and innovative environment that is dedicated to bringing the best solutions to customers.Job DescriptionAs a System & Processes Analyst, you will:Spearhead data-driven decision-making processes throughout the organization, effectively engaging and managing business stakeholders to drive continuous improvement based on data analysis.Work with the team to fully own our operations/sales systems, optimizing its operation to meet business needs and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance products and services.Analyze both external customer and internal business data to optimize products and services, while developing intuitive dashboards and user experiences for real-time access to critical operational data.Identify and implement enhancements to improve internal user experience and drive operational excellence, including creating dynamic Tableau dashboards for data-driven decision-making.Your Story:Thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating adaptability and resilience.Strong command of SQL, Tableau, and Snowflake for effective data analysis and visualization.Demonstrated experience in systems architecture and development, optimizing complex processes.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of translating complex data into actionable insights and effectively telling the data story in a concise and impactful manner.Ability to think creatively about business problems, driving innovation and continuous improvement initiatives.Experience with low-code tools and CRM/Ops systems.
