PCCW Global is a global company, you may also need to collaborate with different teams in different regions to define and deliver innovative solutions that meet the strategic needs of our business.Roles and Responsibilities:Collaborate with stakeholders, including business leaders, product managers, and software engineers, to understand the requirements and translate them into an architectural design..Design end-to-end technology architectures, ensuring alignment with business objectives, scalability, and performance requirements.Develop and maintain application and system integration patterns, frameworks, and best practices to enable efficient and scalable technology implementations.Evaluate and select appropriate technology solutions, frameworks, and tools that meet business and technical requirements, ensuring compatibility and alignment with the company's technology landscape.Able to craft the architectural roadmap, plans and engineering standardsAble to simplify and present the complicated technologies to the business usersAct as technical expert to collaborate with various teams and external vendors on activities ranging from cloud solution design through deployment, give direction, and conduct evaluationsSolving problems from the development teams and give the direction for developmentEvaluate the existing technology and architecture, provide suggestions for improvementParticipate in ISO 27001 activities and make sure the architecture design is aligned with the Information security policiesCollaborate with Information security team to determine the security and complianceCollaborate with stakeholders at all levels to communicate architectural decisions, trade-offs, and solution designs effectivelyMaintain
network/architecture
diagram and inventory for resources to provide visibility on whole infrastructureRequirements:Degree in Computer Science, Information System or IT related disciplines.At least 10 years of working experiences in IT development with at least 5 years in the Architect rolesExtensive experience in designing Application Infrastructure and Data architectures for both on-premise and Cloud SolutionsExperience in designing and implementing an enterprise graded system in cloud (e.g. GCP, AWS, etc…) or hybrid environmentsExperience in providing total solution using different technologies in Cloud i.e. Provisioning, Automation, Monitoring, Security, Resilience, Backup and Recovery, etc.Knowledge and experience in designing API architecture, Cloud and Hybrid Cloud Infrastructure, security, strategy, pattern, event-driven architecture, integration pattern, and container-based architectureIn-depth knowledge in:Java, Spring boot, PHPRESTful API, MQ, PubSubRelational Database such as MySQLOAuth2, SAML2, JWT, OpenID ConnectCertified Architect in one of the Cloud Platform (e.g. GCP, AWS, etc…) would be an advantageExperience in Agile/Scrum development methodology is a plusStrong analytical, problem solving, interpersonal and presentation skills.Self-Motivated and a good team playerGood command of written and spoken EnglishSend me alerts about jobs like this.Please enter your email address to continue setting up an email alert for similar jobs to this one.
