As part of our expansion plans, we are actively recruiting talented individuals who want to progress and develop their career in a fast-paced tech company.Role DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated and technically proficient System Configuration Analyst to join our team at eflow Global. The System Configuration Analyst will play a vital role in configuring our clients' onboarding and business-as-usual (BAU) systems, ensuring smooth operations and resolving day-to-day issues efficiently. This role requires a strong technical background, particularly in SQL, along with excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.It is NOT essential to have prior experience in Regtech or FinTech. Attitude, team ethic and transferable skills are most important to us. We are specifically looking for individuals who want a career and not just a job.Key Responsibilities1) Client Onboarding: Ensuring timely onboarding of clients across our platforms whilst working on multiple onboardings in tandem.2) Configuration Management: Configuring all client onboarding and BAU systems according to specified requirements and business needs. Implementing handling within the model to accommodate various scenarios and ensure system flexibility. Loading data into the systems accurately and efficiently, ensuring data integrity and consistency.Troubleshooting configuration issues and providing timely resolution.Becoming familiar with our in-house application PATH.3) Project Ownership:Taking ownership of client onboarding projects from initiation to completion and ensuring all tasks are executed according to project timelines and quality standards.4) Team and Interdepartmental Collaboration: Working effectively as part of the onboarding team, contributing to team goals and objectives. Participating in weekly internal calls to provide updates on client onboarding progress and discuss any challenges or blockers. Communicating effectively across departments to address client needs and resolve issues efficiently.5) Issue Investigation & Resolution: Reviewing and resolving day-to-day issues within the system configuration, troubleshooting technical issues as they arise.6) Real-World Testing (RWT) of New Functionality: Performing RWT of new functionality, where configuration changes are made in testing environments. Gathering technical information to report bugs and facilitating communication between the onboarding team and product team.Career ProgressionThis role offers a clear career path for growth within the organisation. The progression is as follows:1) System Configuration Analyst (Current Role):Focusing on mastering system configurations and client support.Developing expertise in troubleshooting and problem resolution.2) Lead System Configuration Analyst:Providing mentorship and support to peers.Assisting in training new team members.Serving as an immediate escalation point for complex issues before involving Senior Analysts.3) Senior Analyst:Taking a leadership role in managing a team of analysts across different regions.Leading projects and contributing to process improvements.Acting as an escalation point for critical issues before involving management.Qualifications and SkillsBachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.Experience in system configuration.Strong technical understanding and interest, with proficiency in SQL.Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and requirements in a fast-paced environment.Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.Self-motivated with the ability to take ownership of projects till completion.Strong organisational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent time management and prioritisation skills to meet project deadlines.High attention to detail to ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation.Proactive approach to problem-solving and issue resolution.Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
