Job Description
Reporting to the IT Programme Manager, the Systems/Business Analyst role is to work with the companies delegations, clients, suppliers, stakeholders, and IT department to recognise and capture current and upcoming technological requirements; to lead on technological solution designs that are integrated, future-proof and meet all ‘must have’ business requirements.
Supporting the Project Proposal process with the analysis of existing and new solutions and ensure that all IT development is in line with the ICT strategy and governance procedures.
The role encompasses aspects of Business Analysis, Solution Architecture and Test Management.

Formal qualifications required;
Recognised project management methodology preferred, e.g. Prince 2 or Agile.
Architecture qualification i.e., TOGAF - Desirable
v3 or above certification - Desirable

Skills required;
Office packages including MS Visio, MS Project, MS Project Online, Power BI, and MS Project Server.
Supportworks and DevOps.
365® exposure, specifically SharePoint, Power Platform, Teams with Microsoft Azure
Integration capability awareness
Active Directory awareness
Services awareness of SAP4HANA, particularly finance modules

Experience required;
Working in a Systems Analyst or Business Analyst role
​Knowledge;
COTS software, mobile apps, Microsoft Office 365, Facilities Management and Workforce Management.
ICT infrastructure is desirable.
Waterfall / Agile methodologies.
Project Accounting system knowledge / construction sector experience
