Job DescriptionEnso Recruitment is proud to working on behalf of our trusted client, to recruit for a Systems Analyst. As a Systems Analyst, you will be entrusted with the responsibility of maintaining and enhancing central information systems, ensuring the timely delivery of data crucial for decision-making. Your key responsibilities will include:The Role Offering 2nd line support for core systems, notably the ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics).Playing a crucial role as a team member in the Group ERP Upgrade project.Effectively executing and overseeing projects, encompassing the formulation of precise specifications, scheduling project team resources, project reporting, issue management, and change control.Conducting systematic testing in accordance with best practices.Collaborating extensively with both internal and external suppliers and customers.Analyzing existing systems and business processes, conducting necessary gap analyses, and suggesting enhanced solutions.Performing requirements analysis and preparing detailed proposals for modified or alternative systems.Cooperating with external and/or internal suppliers and customers to ensure seamless integration and data exchange across different systems. The Experience:Strong experience supporting MS Dynamics (or other CRM systems)Robust business skills with the ability to translate internal and external requests into effective system solutions.Possession of a 3rd-level qualification or equivalent in an IT-related field, accompanied by a minimum of 5 years' experience in the field or a related area.Demonstrated teamwork skills are crucial.Proven experience in End-to-End system implementation.Working knowledge of SQL Server.Desirable:Project management qualifications would be highly beneficial.Involvement in a successful ERP upgrade project lifecycle is preferred.Additional advantage with skills in database administration.The Benefits:Enhanced contributory pension scheme of 6% employee / 6% employer matched.Life Assurance at 4 x annual salary.Hybrid working of 3 days in office / 2 days at home.Core hours of 10:00am – 4:00pm, with a flexible start of between 8 – 10am, and finish between 4 – 6pm where agreeable for teamEmployee Assistance Programme through Inspire Wellbeing.Car parking on site.25 days annual leave + 9 stat holidays.
