About the Job
Responsible for the day-to-day running of our swim school, swimming lessons, and swim school programming, as well as acting as a Duty Manager for a min 3 shifts a week. The swim manager will work collaboratively with other departments across the business to ensure an innovative programme of activities are delivered, that support and give back to the local community.
