Sustainability Manager

Job Description
A main contractor who is based in Central London is currently hiring a Quality & Environmental Manager. This role is based out of their Head Office and the successful candidate will build and expand on current policies & procedures on Quality & Environmental strategies in the business.
Quality:
Drive, implement, and refine Quality Management systems to fuel our journey of continuous improvement.
Conduct dynamic quality audits at live sites and periodically rev up office processes for peak performance.
Report compliance findings to Senior Management, zooming in on trends and uncovering the roots of non-compliance.
Fine-tune Quality processes for optimal performance and fuel them with innovative upgrades.
Lead training sessions for staff, subcontractors, and clients, improving their use of Procore software.
Troubleshoot Procore hiccups and steer site teams towards harnessing its power.
Kickstart new projects on Procore, ensuring smooth sailing with correct procedures and permissions.
Run quality inspections with Site Teams, ensuring they’re aligned with project goals.
Collaborate with External Auditors during ISO recertification, providing the data they need and tackling challenges.
Compile high-octane responses for Quality-related PQQs, driving continuous improvement.
Environmental:
Ignite Environmental Management systems, propelling us towards continuous improvement.
Blaze through environmental audits on live sites, steering towards sustainability.
Report on environmental compliance, spotting trends, and innovations.
Sync with Statutory Bodies, ensuring compliance with Environmental Legislation.
Keep Environmental registers finely tuned, steering clear of risks.
Suggest updates to the Environmental Management system, paving the way for sustainability.
Compile Environmental KPI reports, tracking emissions, water usage, and waste production.
Lead the charge in tracking emissions reduction, accelerating towards sustainability goals.
Develop strategies for reducing emissions and championing best practices.
