The successful candidate will join their property consultancy and work on various projects within their offices in London.Role responsibilities for a Sustainability and Energy Consultant include:Take the lead on delivering a range of services such as general energy and sustainability consultancy, statements, and strategiesProduce Decarbonisation strategies and reports, as well as generating energy performance certificates and ESOS reports for energy complianceProvide funding advice and applications, whilst developing heat decarbonisation plans and feasibility studiesCarry out general project management and contract administration tasks for energy projectsThe ideal Sustainability and Energy consultant will have:Degree within an environmental, sustainability, or building services disciplineHas a proven track record of producing energy audits and delivering energy related projectsAn energy or sustainability accreditation such as a Non-Domestic or Domestic Energy assessor, Low Carbon Consultant, or Low Carbon Energy AssessorWorking towards or is a member of CIBSEExcellent commercial knowledge and communication skillsBenefits of the role include:Competitive salary that can vary depending on experienceCar allowancePrivate health coverPension scheme25 days annual leaveIf This role interests you or if you are interested in searching for other roles relating to sustainability please feel free to contact Ben Moore on (phone number removed) or email (url removed).
