This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sustainability and Energy Consultant to join an international consultancy who provide multidisciplined services across all sectors. The successful candidate will join their property consultancy and work on various projects within their offices in London.

Role responsibilities for a Sustainability and Energy Consultant include:

• Take the lead on delivering a range of services such as general energy and sustainability consultancy, statements, and strategies
• Produce Decarbonisation strategies and reports, as well as generating energy performance certificates and ESOS reports for energy compliance
• Provide funding advice and applications, whilst developing heat decarbonisation plans and feasibility studies
• Carry out general project management and contract administration tasks for energy projects

The ideal Sustainability and Energy consultant will have:

• Degree within an environmental, sustainability, or building services discipline
• Has a proven track record of producing energy audits and delivering energy related projects
• An energy or sustainability accreditation such as a Non-Domestic or Domestic Energy assessor, Low Carbon Consultant, or Low Carbon Energy Assessor
• Working towards or is a member of CIBSE
• Excellent commercial knowledge and communication skills
