We are seeking a dedicated Sustainability Administrator to join our team and drive our commitment to environmental and social responsibility. You will play a key role in working across the Group to develop, implement, and manage initiatives that contribute to our business delivering on its purpose ‘To Intelligently enable brighter futures’. You will also play a key role in creating and overseeing sustainability programs and collaborating with various departments to integrate eco-friendly initiatives. You will also support the wider team and business to track and collate sustainability data and support with completing ESG reporting and communications for the business.The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and organisational skills, a passion for social and environmental impact, and the ability to drive positive change. If you are enthusiastic about making a meaningful contribution to both the people and planet, we invite you to apply for this impactful position.Key Responsibilities Social and Environmental ImpactCoordinate the Community Investment Programme across the Group with the community champions, ensuring all charity partners have due diligence completed and appropriate terms in place.Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, customers, communities, and NGOs, to ensure effective collaboration on community initiatives.Manage employee Volunteering and Charity Match funding requests, including gaining sign off for requests, completing payments and liaising with local leads to update on funding status.Work across the employee People Network to drive Group wide environmental and social initiatives through jurisdictional lenses, supporting with the investigation and implementation of themes and managing regular group meetings.Research and recommend innovative technologies, strategies and initiatives that contribute to sustainable practices, keeping the organisation at the forefront of environmental stewardship.Oversee the implementation of sustainable policies and practices across various departments, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations.Develop and deliver internal campaigns and training programs to raise awareness about sustainability practices and initiatives among employees, promoting a sustainable culture within the business.Actively engage with local communities and environmental organisations to build partnerships and support initiatives that contribute to broader sustainability goals.Reporting and communicationsCompile and analyse data related to sustainability activities, preparing regular reports for internal and external stakeholders to showcase the organisation's social and environmental impact.Collaborate with suppliers, vendors and wider business to collect data to support the Group’s regulatory and NGO disclosures.Collate budget information to provide regular updated on our financial position across charitable contributions and department spend.Work with the marketing and communications teams to effectively communicate sustainability achievements, reinforcing the organisation's positive image and reputation.Maintain and contribute to the internal and external Sustainability content across the intranet, website and various communications channels.Skills, knowledge, expertiseExcellent organisation and time management skillsComputer literacy is essential, including excel, PowerPoint, document management systems and OutlookSelf-starter, attention to detail, team player and proactiveAbility to collate and analyse data utilising excel, power BI or other solutionsGeneral knowledge of Sustainability, ESG or CSR topicsProficient communication in English, written and spokenFlexible hours with the opportunity to hybrid work for home and office.
