Work on a mix of loan security and regulated purpose valuationsPrepare valuations and strategic advice to a wide variety of clientsTo prepare valuation reports, in various formatsBe able to take day to day responsibility for execution of instructions under minimum supervisionStart to build contacts and develop a profile in the marketplace to attract new business and develop your careerTo promote the service line to existing and prospective clients
Experience
MRICS Qualified 3 years PQERICS Registered Valuer statusCommercial Valuation experienceExcellent report writing/preparation skillsRed Book experience
