Surveyor / Senior Surveyor – Property Management - London – Up to £57k + Car AllowanceAn immediate opportunity has arisen for a Surveyor / Senior Surveyor level Property Manager to join a leading consultancy based in London. On offer is a salary of up to £57k in addition to a car allowance and other benefits.Job Role:Working as part of a leading Property Management team where you will be managing commercial & business space assetsEnsure tenant arrears are proactively managed as well as dealing with Tenant & Client QueriesDraft, review and approve service charge budgetsService charge reconciliationsCarry out property inspections & liaise with the Building and facilities management team.Ensure accurate client reports are prepared to the correct specificationsReading and summarising of leases and ensure accurate data is maintained on the property management systemsAdvance reporting for critical lease event dates such as reviews, lease expiries and break optionsIdentify opportunities for providing additional services to clientSkills Required:MRICS Qualified is preferred but not essentialExperience in all aspects of property managementExperience of working across commercial asset classes – Business space would be advantageous.Financial and commercial acumen with excellent planning, budgeting and operational reporting skillsApply for Surveyor / Senior Surveyor – Property Management - London – Up to £57k + Car AllowanceFields marked with an asterisk (*) are required
