An immediate opportunity has arisen for an experienced Property Manager to join a leading Property Consultancy in their growing Property Asset Management team based in Central London. The role involves working with a single investor client, managing their assets. This position is ideal for a Property Management Surveyor looking to transition into Asset Management or progress onto a Senior Surveyor level.
Job Role:
Managing the assets of a single high profile client
Managing client relationships and regularly attending client meetings
Regularly carrying out Commercial Property Inspections
Reporting directly to the client
Liaising with internal departments
Recognising new business opportunities
Ensuring service chart budgets and reconciliations are delivered
Ensuring that required property databases are up to date
Skills Required:
Previous Commercial Property Management experience is essential
MRICS is preferred however not essential
Experienced in previously dealing with service charges
IT compliant (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Previous use of Property Management databases
