Survey Operations Analyst, Consumer Insights
Contract length: 12 months
Hybrid role- London
Pay: Up to £300 day

Key job responsibilities
• Support programming, QA, sampling and deployment tasks for surveys across multiple locales and languages
• Partner with Research Managers and Operations managers across global panels to support translations tasks and processes
• Evaluates and analyzes research scope, define project needs
• Designs research approach and strategy, define milestones, timelines, and KPI
• Documents end-to-end workflow, RACI, SOP, and SLA as required
• Dives deep and analyzes data from various sources and iterate the mechanisms as needed
• Identifies opportunities to make the workflow more efficient and recommends strategy for streamlining
• Independently or under manager’s supervision make high judgement calls on ambiguous issues
• Dive Deep: develop a deep understanding of our partners research needs and create impactful testing strategies
• Customer Obsession - Drive excellence in customer engagement and retention policies
About the team
The Global Research Operations team:
• Leads recruitment and customer engagement initiatives to retain high response rates
• Drives customer obsessed solutions to custom testing strategies
• Develops visual reporting tools used by cross-team stakeholders
• Partners across multiple teams to deep dive into customer data
Basic qualifications
• 1-2 years of professional non-internship experience (marketing, consumer insights, or project management)
• Experience in deploying, programming and/or writing surveys
• Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
• Proficiency in English, and one of: French, Spanish, Swedish, Portuguese, Japanese, German, Italian, or Dutch, is a plus
• Enthusiasm for film and television production and programming
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Preferred qualifications
• 2+ years of professional experience in the market research field
• Experience translating complex data sets into clear and compelling written narratives
• Strong presentation skills specifically speaking about research methodologies and findings
• Understanding of basic statistics
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across internal teams
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, SPSS, Tableau
• Meets/exceeds leadership principles requirements for this role
• Meets/exceeds functional/technical depth and complexity for this role
