Surveillance IT PM/Technical BA - Commodities Trading - London twentyAI have partnered with a Commodities Trading Firm in London who are looking for a Trade Surveillance Technical BA/PM to join their IT function. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the definition, alignment and execution of the global trade surveillance vision and strategy. This will include creating a roadmap for Trade Surveillance rollout and overseeing some of the BAU support for compliance. ResponsibilitiesWork in partnership with Middle Office IT and stakeholders in compliance, Technology & front office to develop road mapsManage and communicate the IT strategy & vision for Trade Surveillance & CommunicationsOversee multiple projects and deliverables within the Trade Surveillance spaceWork with product owners & IT delivery teams internallyConduct Business Analysis on regulatory focused tech initiatives regarding trade, communications & surveillanceCoordinate, Lead, and Facilitate requirements gathering and process definition workshops with the business and ComplianceDocument functional and non-functional user stories and EpicsWork closely with the Global Head of Surveillance to ensure alignment and integration of surveillance systemsAd-hoc projects on surveillance and communications to improve effectivenessExperienceStrong BA/PM background within trade surveillance and communicationsDerivatives product knowledgeFront to back trade lifecycle understandingSDLC process and experience implementing technology in commodities/bankingDemonstrated experience supporting the roll-out of new markets, products, and scenarios within surveillance, ensuring comprehensive coverage.Strong stakeholder communication and collaboration skillsGood understanding of various Agile/Waterfall development methodologies twentyAI provides augmented intelligence enabled talent solutions across the UK, Europe and United States.People and technology are central to our ...
